Please note washer and dryer (laundry closet) are located in the king bedroom. The trash and recycle bins are located along the alley behind the house. They are already in place for the weekly pickup on Monday mornings, so you shouldn't need to move them. :) All pets must be registered during the booking process. Please note, the use of marijuana (whether for medical or recreational purposes) is illegal in the state of Wyoming. Any marijuana use on property grounds may result in a fee of $150,

You will have private access to the whole property, with no shared spaces or attached units/shared walls. The only exception is a locked supply cabinet in the laundry closet and locked utility basement.
